Our Business 

Phosgard International’s core business is the post-harvest protection of agricultural commodities. Established initially to market Aluminium Phosphide based fumigants, our activities have broadened to include the manufacture, marketing and distribution of fumigants, grain protectants, rodenticides, space sprays as well as fumigation equipment and systems. 

The company prides itself on its professionalism and the quality of both its products and services. We do not merely deliver the product, but see ourselves as an integral part of the industry and its value chain, working and continually communicating with our customers in order to understand and satisfy their needs.

Global presence

We are currently active in some 20 countries in Africa, USA,   Australasia and China. We continue to seek suitable partners in those    regions where we are not active. Product is produced in China using state of the art technology. A    modern formulating plant and warehouse are situated in Johannesburg,  South Africa, where associated company National Fumigants (South   Africa) is a major supplier to the grain protection industry in Africa.

USDA National Grain Review
ST. JOSEPH - Nov 21/08 - SNS -- The USDA issued its latest weekly national grain market review, covering the period through Nov 21.

Canada's Weekly Exports Total 592,600 MT
WINNIPEG - Nov 21/08 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 8,291,400 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 605,900 MT from the 8,897,300 moved last year.

CWB Sees Improved Milling Wheat Price
WINNIPEG - Nov 20/08 - SNS -- The Canadian Wheat Board (CWB) boosted its price forecast for milling and durum wheat in its latest Pool Return Outlook (PRO) for the 2008-09 crop year, but reduced the average price forecast for feed and malting barley.

U.S. National Weekly Rice Summary
LITTLE ROCK - Nov 17/08 - SNS -- The latest weekly rice market summary for the United States was released by the USDA today.

Canada's Weekly Exports Total 653,600 MT
WINNIPEG - Nov 14/08 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 7,698,800 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 682,600 MT from the 8,381,400 moved last year.
