Phosgard International was formed as a partnership between Yong Feng Chemical Company of China and National Fumigants Pty Ltd. of South Africa. The venture was initially set up to manufacture and market aluminium phosphide fumigants internationally.  Yong Feng brought manufacturing expertise as well as a production facility in China to the partnership, while National Fumigants brought business management and sales and marketing experience. It is a partnership that has proved itself over many years, and one that continues to strengthen.
